Shipping & returns
Shipping
Orders go out from Calgary, Alberta. We ship within Canada. If you are somewhere else and you want something,email us — it is usually possible, it just needs a quote.
- Standard post: $10.00, roughly 5–12 business days once posted.
- Shipping is free on orders of $100.00 or more.
These are boutique batches packed by hand, not a warehouse. Allow a few business days between paying and the parcel actually being posted. You get an email when it goes out.
One flat rate covers every order, wherever in Canada it is going. It pays for the box, the padding and the postage. If you need a parcel tracked or couriered, email usbefore you order and we will quote it.
Customs & duties
US orders may attract duties or import fees at delivery. Those are set by your government, not by us, and they are not included in the price at checkout.
Returns, damage and misfires
If it arrives broken or wrong: send a photo to ratking@dartrats.com within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. You do not need to post the broken one back.
If you changed your mind: unopened items can come back within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return postage is yours. Email first so we know it is coming.
What is not a defect: the wooden bases are laser-cut from real plywood, so the grain, the burn colour and the smell vary between pieces. Resin minis may carry faint lines or marks left over from how they were made. Both are normal for small-batch goods and neither is grounds for a replacement.
Payment
Payment is handled by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe’s website, and we do not receive or store them. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
What we keep
We use your name and email to manage your reservation. We’ll ask for your shipping address when your order is ready. We do not sell your information or add you to a marketing list.
Your selections are stored in your browser and are sent to us when you submit your reservation.
Want your details deleted after your order has arrived?Ask, and they will be.
